Why did greinke get ejected

Astros manager A. Hinch expressed concern over the conditions at Yankee Stadium on Thursday after outfielder Josh Reddick said water bottles and other objects were thrown at him during Game 3 on Tuesday. Something tragic could happen and nobody wants that.

Additional police officers were added to the area surrounding the Astros bullpen after the taunts of Greinke. Follow along as the two heated neighbors meet in a key World Cup qualifier on the road to Qatar Jordan Schafer led off the bottom of the first with a sharp liner to center field that Carlos Gomez misplayed. Schafer ended up at third base. Jose Altuve followed with a ground ball between first and second base that Corey Hart laid out to snare.

Greinke quickly raced to cover first base and seemed to arrive at about the same time as Altuve. Holbrook signaled safe. Greinke took a few steps toward second base and spiked the ball into the dirt. Ron Roenicke came out to argue and was told to join Greinke in the clubhouse. It did not appear that Greinke was disputing the call as he did not say anything to Holbrook, nor did he make eye contact with the umpire.

Just looking over the graphs, it doesn't seem that the zone for Kansas City and Boston was much different. Zack did have something to complain about, but at least Greg was consistent between teams.
